It will help you be more intentionally efficient so you can have more time and energy to be a mom without any guilt or anxiety overtaking your life. It will encourage you to improve communication with your significant other so you don’t have to keep doing things alone.

Hi I’m Jess, a wife and stay at home mom to 3 girls. For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you.

If you are finally ready to learn more about stacking essential habits for SAHM’s by learning quick and simple techniques that help give you more efficiency in your day; if you’re ready to feel more prepared and less frustrated with your spouse, give you more head space, energy and time to re-align with the woman that came before the mother... Then this podcast is for you!

It’s time to turn up those ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

Hey Momma, Have you ever gone to declutter your home and found yourself completely stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted before you even really started? Have you ever wondered why organizing feels so much harder than it should? In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Tracy Hoth, host of The Organized Coach Podcast, for a powerful and timely conversation about the emotional side of clutter. We talk about why getting organized isn’t actually about knowing how to do it and instead, why it’s so often about what comes up emotionally when we try. Tracey walks us through the questions she asks her clients to uncover what’s really standing in the way, how to choose a starting point that actually matters, and why clutter feels so overwhelming when our things don’t have a home.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop asking yourself why you can’t get organized and instead get curious about what’s holding you back. When you pair intention with a simple plan and give yourself permission to start small, you can finally make progress without burning out or starting over again next January. Hey Momma, Are you feeling like the holidays are supposed to be joyful, but somehow they still feel heavy? Have you ever noticed that it’s not the season itself that overwhelms you, but the lack of structure underneath it? In today’s episode, we’re talking about what simple structure actually looks like at home during the holidays. Because routines don’t disappear just because it’s Christmas week, they simply need to soften. I’m walking you through the four core routines I help moms anchor their days with so that even when schedules are loose, expectations shift, and chaos sneaks in, your day still has a backbone.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to hold everything together perfectly and instead identify the few tasks that truly need to stay. When you protect the core, you give yourself permission to loosen the rest and that’s how you enjoy the holidays without burning out. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed… it’s time to pop in your earbuds, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking.   ⚡️FREE ENERGY RESET GUIDE   🎦 Book a FREE 15 min call 🙌 Coaching Program   🎁FREE GIFTS Reset Planner Simple Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard    👇👇Let's Connect Habit Stacking Moms Community  habitstackingmom.jess - Instagram Weekly Newsletter   📣📣Resources  Ladder App - Workout with me Amazon Shop - My Favorites
Hey mama… do you feel the pressure of Christmas on one side and the new year on the other? And somewhere in the middle… you? In this episode, we’re talking about the four boundaries every mom needs if she wants her goals and routines to actually survive real life. You’ll hear why motivation isn’t the problem, why borrowed energy always runs out, and how unmet boundaries quietly drain your focus, patience, and follow-through. I’m breaking down the four areas you must protect: your time, your emotions, your mental load, and your energy and what it really looks like to guard what matters most in a full season of motherhood. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop building goals on an exhausted nervous system. Your goals don’t just need discipline, they need protection. And when you set boundaries with intention, you don’t just create structure… you create peace. If you haven’t yet, grab the FREE Energy Reset Guide linked here and below to identify where your energy is leaking and start sealing the cracks before the new year hits. Hey mama… how are you really feeling halfway through December? And has anybody actually stopped to ask you that? In this episode, we’re talking about the part of motherhood nobody prepares you for during the holidays, the invisible weight you carry that nobody else sees. The mental load. The emotional labor. The constant remembering, planning, tracking, and anticipating that keeps your home running even when you’re exhausted. I’m walking you through why moms don’t burn out from a busy schedule, they burn out from unmanaged emotional and mental overload. You’ll hear how energy leaks through emotional labor, decision fatigue, unfinished loops, overstimulation, people-pleasing, and environmental chaos… and why trying to “push through” never works for long.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop blaming yourself for being tired and start paying attention to what’s really draining you. You’re not failing, you’re overloaded. And before you stack a single habit, build a routine, or set one goal for the new year… you have to reset your energy first. Because when you understand where your energy is leaking, you finally know what needs to change instead of trying to fix everything at once. If you’re tired, mentally foggy, emotionally stretched, and don’t even know where to start, I created something for you. You can download the FREE Energy Reset Guide using this link to help you identify your personal energy leaks and take simple steps to restore clarity and capacity before the holidays push you into burnout. Hey mama, Have you ever felt clear about what you want… but totally unclear on how to make it happen? Do you ever roll into a new season with big intentions but no real structure to support them? In today’s episode, we’re talking about why clarity alone isn’t enough to create change and why so many moms walk into January full of hope but still stuck in the same routines. We’re unpacking what it really looks like to move your goals out of your head and into your week, how planning changes when your life is full of kids and chaos, and why “just trying harder” isn't a strategy that actually works.  Ultimately, I'm challenging you to stop waiting for a perfect moment to start planning and instead begin designing a week that actually supports what you want in this next season. I want you to notice how full your life already is, where your real time is going, and where you could intentionally create space and protect it with a boundary for the future version of you. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Hey Momma, are you feeling that quiet pull like something in your life is shifting even though nothing looks “wrong” on the outside? Don’t you wish you could enter the New Year with more clarity instead of carrying the same heaviness into another season? In this episode, we talk about what it really means to pause in the middle of December and listen to what your heart’s been trying to tell you all along. This season naturally invites reflection, and for moms in transition — no longer in survival mode but not quite sure what’s next.  That reflection can feel confusing, emotional, and a little uncomfortable. We dive into why this feeling isn’t a problem to fix, but a signal to pay attention.  Ultimately, I'm challenging you to stop waiting until January first to start thinking about the life you actually want to build and instead begin paying attention to what feels heavy, what feels forced, and what you’ve quietly outgrown. I want you to gently realign your routines inside this season, not with pressure, but with purpose and allow yourself to imagine what this next chapter could look like without guilt or rushing. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Do you ever come out of a holiday week feeling like you can’t quite get your feet back under you? Does it feel like no matter how much you try to “get it together,” the chaos keeps winning? In this episode, we’re talking about how to reset your habits and routines after a week that completely threw you off. If Thanksgiving left you overwhelmed, behind, or operating in full survival mode, this is the gentle reset your brain and schedule are craving before Christmas hits. I’m walking you through why everything felt harder last week, why your nervous system defaulted to old habit loops, and how to rebuild your holiday rhythm without trying to overhaul your entire life in one day. You’ll hear the mindset shift most moms skip, the real reason “trying harder” doesn’t work, and how to interrupt the patterns that make you feel reactive, scattered, or mentally overloaded. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop assuming chaos means you’re failing, and instead give yourself the one simple reset that brings your power back: awareness, clarity, and small anchored habits. You don’t need a whole new routine — you just need the right reset in the right moment to get out of survival mode and back into steady momentum. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Have you noticed yourself grabbing the closest task just to feel productive? Do your days feel like they’re running you instead of the other way around lately? In this episode, I’m sharing something that caught my attention last week right before the holiday chaos started rolling in — that moment when you realize you’re doing a lot, but not necessarily doing the right things. I walk you through a very real morning in my house that made it painfully clear what happens when we skip the tiny habits that normally protect our peace. We’re talking about why overwhelm makes you reactive, why your brain goes straight to “fast and easy,” and how the smallest habits are often the difference between a calm morning and a complete meltdown. You’ll also hear why that frazzled feeling isn’t a personal failure — it’s your nervous system running on autopilot — and how habits are either carrying you or costing you during a season like this. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to “push through” the overwhelm and instead give your brain a new pattern to follow. You don’t need a new personality or a new planner — you need one small habit that puts you back in the driver’s seat. Inside this episode, I’ll help you see where to start before Christmas hits, so you’re not dragging Thanksgiving chaos straight into December. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Do you ever feel like gratitude sounds nice in theory… but hard to actually feel when you’re overwhelmed? Are you finding it difficult to slow down and appreciate the season you’re in because everything feels loud, busy, or just plain exhausting? In today’s episode, I’m sharing the truth most moms never say out loud: gratitude doesn’t always come naturally — especially in the seasons where we need it the most. I’m talking about the early baby years, the overstimulated toddler seasons, the long days, the messy days, and even the sweet-but-busy holiday moments where you’re trying to hold everything together. You’ll hear a personal story about my first Thanksgiving as a brand-new mom, and how that season taught me the power of slowing down and intentionally reaching for gratitude, even when it didn’t feel easy. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to build a simple, tiny gratitude habit you can weave into your daily routine — something realistic, something you can return to even when you’re tired, and something that grounds you in what really matters. Gratitude isn’t just a feeling; it’s a practice. And when you stack it on intentionally, it has the power to shift your whole day. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Hey Momma! Are you already feeling the holiday chaos creeping in? 🎄 Do your routines start slipping the minute the season gets busy, leaving you stretched thin and overwhelmed before it even begins? In this episode, I’m sharing a real-life story about one of my kids (because there’s always one who keeps us humble 😅) and how even with the best intentions, the holiday season can quickly throw your schedule, your energy, and your peace off balance. We’ll talk about what’s really happening when your routines break down during stressful seasons, and how you can start to rebuild calm, order, and intention before burnout hits. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to keep up with unrealistic expectations this season and start building a rhythm that actually supports your real life, not the version that looks good on paper. Hey Momma 👋 Do you ever wonder why your day never seems to go the way you planned? You map it all out: the meals, the routines, the bedtime, but somehow, everything still runs late, and you end the day frustrated, rushed, and wondering what went wrong. Here’s the truth: It might not be your discipline… it might be your planning. Unrealistic planning is when your calendar reflects who you wish you were, not how your real life actually runs. It’s when you plan for the perfect day, instead of the one with kids, moods, messes, and interruptions. In today’s episode, we’re unpacking how unrealistic planning sneaks into your daily rhythm, how it’s quietly wrecking your routines, and what to look for if you’re stuck in that constant “I’ll catch up later” loop. If your evenings keep running late and your schedule never seems to match your real day, this episode will help you see your habits through a whole new lens of real data. And if you’re realizing something just isn’t clicking with your schedule right now — let’s figure it out together. Set up a free 15-minute discovery call using the link in the show notes. Have you ever made a beautiful plan… and then completely ignored it by Wednesday? Do you find yourself drifting off track every time life gets busy, wondering why it’s so hard to stay consistent with what you know works? If you’ve been feeling stuck in that cycle of starting strong, losing focus, and telling yourself you’ll “get back to it next week,” this episode is for you. In today’s episode, I’m sharing my own story of navigating motherhood chaos, pregnancy exhaustion, and the hard truth about what it really takes to stay consistent when life won’t slow down. You’ll learn the four-step process I use to get back on track — how to find your simplest version of success, rebuild consistency through small daily wins, and create a routine that feels repeatable, not rigid. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop changing the plan and start repeating it. Focus on the one small thing that matters most in this season and master it through focused consistency. That’s how you rebuild momentum — not by doing more, but by doing what matters better. You don’t need a brand-new plan, Momma — you just need to reconnect with the one that already works.  Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking. 💪✨   🎦 Book a FREE 15 min call 🙌 Coaching Program   🎁FREE GIFTS Reset Planner Simple Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard    👇👇Let's Connect Habit Stacking Moms Community  habitstackingmom.jess - Instagram Weekly Newsletter   📣📣Resources  Ladder App - Workout with me Amazon Shop - My Favorites
Hey Momma — have you ever felt like your overwhelm is invisible? Like no matter how much you’re juggling, your spouse just doesn’t see how heavy it feels? This episode gets real and personal. I’m opening up about the years my husband and I spent slowly building walls in our marriage, not because we fell out of love, but because we stopped communicating what we needed. Overwhelm doesn’t just make you tired; it creates distance. Every “I’m fine,” every unspoken frustration, every snapped response, those are the bricks that build the wall. And before you know it, you’re living on opposite sides of it, both craving connection but not sure how to find your way back. In this episode, I’m sharing exactly how we began to rebuild communication and tear those walls down one habit at a time. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop waiting for your partner to “just get it” and instead, start communicating with awareness, ownership, and clarity. Because when overwhelm builds walls, communication is what lets the light back in. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking. 🤍✨   🎦 Book a FREE 15 min call 🙌 Coaching Program   🎁FREE GIFTS Reset Planner Simple Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard    👇👇Let's Connect Habit Stacking Moms Community  habitstackingmom.jess - Instagram Weekly Newsletter   📣📣Resources  Ladder App - Workout with me Amazon Shop - My Favorites
Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything right, the planners, the routines, the to-do lists but still feel like you’re drowning? You’re showing up, but you can’t figure out why life still feels so heavy or why your habits never seem to stick. Hey Momma, this episode is going to help you uncover why. Because overwhelm isn’t just a feeling, it’s a signal. And when you ignore that signal, it starts to paralyze your progress. In this episode, I’m breaking down the 3 root reasons behind why you’re overwhelmed and how they’re quietly blocking your habits and routines from working the way you want them to. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop labeling yourself as “bad at routines” and start getting honest about what’s actually behind the overwhelm. Once you pinpoint the root, you can start stacking habits that create calm instead of chaos, and finally rebuild your rhythm with confidence. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Hey momma, Have you ever said, “I just can’t get organized” or “I’m not an organized person”? Do you find yourself believing those old stories every time you look around your house and feel like you’re failing at keeping it together? In this episode, we’re digging into why getting organized isn’t just about your home, it’s about your mindset. You’ll learn how to shift the way you speak to yourself, add one powerful word that changes everything, and see how your environment directly shapes your confidence and self-worth. I’m sharing how to start seeing disorganization not as a personal flaw, but as a season that’s asking for new systems and a fresh plan. Then we’ll talk about the Declutter Reset and how to use the Declutter Scorecard to find your “minimum maintainable level,” the amount of clutter you can realistically manage each week without burning out. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to rewrite the story you’ve been telling yourself. Instead of saying, “I can’t get organized,” start saying, “I’m learning to get organized.” Take 10 minutes this week to grab your Declutter Scorecard, walk your home, and choose one small space to reset completely. Because every time you declutter a drawer, a counter, or a corner, you’re not just clearing stuff, you’re rebuilding belief in yourself. Does one small thing going wrong seem to send the rest of the day into a tailspin? In this episode, we’re diving into how your morning routine acts like a mirror showing you what’s working, what’s missing, and what your day is trying to teach you. When your morning feels rushed or chaotic, it’s not just a “you problem.” It’s feedback. It’s your system showing you where to look. I’ll walk you through how to use your morning as a diagnostic tool, how to take notes on what feels scattered, recognize where your resets are falling short, and learn how to make simple tweaks that create flow instead of frustration. You’ll also learn how to track what you walk back into after drop-off and how to start stacking your day based on the smoothness of your morning. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to start watching your morning instead of judging it. Notice what feels rushed, what feels peaceful, and what could be adjusted the night before. Because the smoother your morning becomes, the clearer your next steps get, one intentional tweak at a time. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed... It’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking.   🎦 Book a FREE 15 min call 🙌 Coaching Program   🎁FREE GIFTS Reset Planner Simple Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard    👇👇Let's Connect Habit Stacking Moms Community  habitstackingmom.jess - Instagram Weekly Newsletter   📣📣Resources  Ladder App - Workout with me Amazon Shop - My Favorites
